At Baia Holiday’s Market, there is a selection of products and recipes with ingredients and preparations that are attentive to the needs of those who are intolerant or allergic to certain foods.
The Baia Holiday’s Restaurant will do the best, as far as possible, to meet your needs. If you decide to spend your holiday in one of Baia Holiday’s structures, we invite you to report the intolerances in the booking phase, in order to better check the availability of special celiac products.
Please remember that is compulsory that celiac guests (who choose breakfast, half board or full board treatment) to speak directly with the Restaurant maître, at their arrival. A daily menu will be agreed, based on a proposal from the chef. The menu will include the first courses and main courses with side dishes. The other products such as biscuits, bread, plum-cake, cakes, will be purchased in a safe packaged form.
